A Comprehensive Look at the new 2023 Nissan Ariya

The 2023 Nissan Ariya is now available for pre-order. One of the most anticipated new vehicles of the upcoming year, the 2023 Nissan Ariya is a fully electric crossover and the next generation of Nissan electrified vehicles. Nissan was the pioneer of electric vehicles when it introduced the Nissan LEAF to the market nearly ten years ago, and now Nissan is moving its electric vehicle lineup into the future with the all new Ariya.

The 2023 Nissan Ariya will come in multiple versions and features an impressive lineup of batteries which translate into exceptional range. The new 2023 Nissan Ariya is also very spacious and very refined inside. You could call it a luxury crossover that would have huge success on the market even if it wasn't electric. When Nissan set off to develop their next generation of electrified vehicles, they wanted to build something that was aligned with the needs of Canadian buyers. The 2023 Nissan Ariya certainly achieved that goal.

Here is everything you want to know about the upcoming 2023 Nissan Ariya which is available for pre-order today.

It will offer a wide range of battery options

When talking about electric vehicles, the first thing we need to look at is the battery. A larger battery translates into more range. The 2023 Nissan Ariya will certainly offer the range you are looking for thanks to its two battery options, a standard 63-kWh battery and an available 87-kWh battery.

Range will depend on the version of the Ariya that you buy. There are six versions in total, two featuring the base battery and four with the more powerful battery. Range varies from 330 km to 482 km depending on the version.

It will be very quick… when accelerating

The Nissan Ariya will have a ton of range, but it will also be very powerful. The electric motor delivers a base 214 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, but the more powerful options deliver 389 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. This is enough to power the Nissan Ariya to 100 km per hour in under 5 seconds.

It will be very quick… when charging

The 2023 Nissan Ariya won't just be quick on the road, it will also be very quick to charge. Using a level 2 charger, you will be able to charge the Nissan Ariya in 12 hours with the 87-kWh battery while you can use a level 2 charger to charge the 63-kWh battery in just 10 hours.

It will be very spacious

The 2023 Nissan Ariya also delivers a ton of interior space. There is a wide cargo area and a ton of leg room in the back. This is a true sport utility vehicle that has the versatility that you are looking for in your next family vehicle.

It arrives on the market soon

The 2023 Nissan Ariya is available for sale now with pre-orders open since earlier this month. It will arrive on the market later this year.
